The OPS Training Records Database for CG Aux divisions efficiently keeps track of the qualifications of crew and coxswains. And it gives coxswains an easy way to find crew from any flotilla in your division.

Populate your database with all crew, coxswains, radio watchstanders, OP officers, and MT officers in your division. Give the SO-CS and SO-IS officers Level 1 access. The SO-OP and SO-MT get Level 2 access, FSO-OPs and FSO-MTs get Level 3 access for updating the records of the crew qualified members of their flotillas, and everyone else gets Level 4. The list is closed to anyone without OPS security clearance status.
