How to use Dada Mail > Send a List Invitation
List Invitations are used to ask permission before subscribing an email address to your list.
It is completely NOT ALL
OWED to subscribe anyone without their permission.

If they are a member of your organization and they realize that they will receive organization-related emails when they provide a password in the group roster or registration, you may manually add them to the subscriber list without asking further permission. However, do not use the list to send emails that are not related to your organization.

Otherwise, every subscribed email address MUST first be confirmed by the human behind that address. Violations of this will immediately cause your lists to be shut down on our server.

The "Send a List Invitation" feature is best used with addresses that were previously subscribed using a different mailing list system, or when they are from people who have voiced interest in being subscribed to your mailing list by other avenues, such as a physical guestbook at your place of business.

DO NOT randomly invite a large list of email addresses that you "found", "bought", etc. Violations of this will immediately cause your lists to be shut down on our server.

The nice thing about "List Invitation" in Dada Mail is that only people who are not subscribed will receive the invitation you send. Dada Mail will automatically detect and weed out addresses that are already subscribed, or are blacklisted, or are invalid emails, etc.

Your Invitation List
The invitation list should be a list of email addresses you would like to send your invitation to. The list should be only the email address of the individual separated by a new line, comma, space or any mixture of the three.

Subject
Indicate in the subject line of your invitation message what the recipient is receiving.

Text Message and HTML Message
You may choose to write it in Plain Text, or in HTML (compose it first in an html editing program and then paste it into here), or both.

Save these messages and the subject for future invitation messages
By checking this option, you will save any changes you make when editing either the Plain Text and/or HTML version of the invitation message.
